2. Accuracy of Information

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Incorrect or withheld information may affect visa results, for which we are not responsible.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval is the sole discretion of:

• Embassies
• Consulates
• Immigration authorities

We prepare applications with the highest professional standards; however, approval is subject to the respective authority’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed on the first attempt.

4. Fee Structure

Visa fees, biometric fees, and embassy charges are separate and must be paid directly to the respective authorities.

We only charge for training support related to language proficiency, cover letters, and SOPs.

All application fees are strictly non-refundable. Globeease Overseas is not liable for any payment issues, delays, or discrepancies arising from fees paid to embassies or visa consulates.

5. Document Submission

Clients are responsible for:

• Submitting required documents on time
• Ensuring the authenticity of all provided documents

We are not liable for delays caused by missing or incorrect documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

Globeease Overseas is not responsible for:

• Embassy delays
• Visa refusals
• Policy changes
• Technical issues on government portals
• Travel losses or expenses resulting from visa decisions
